All bookings require a deposit as specified at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed before the issuance of visas and final travel documents. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment deadlines are not met. Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received.
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation fees apply depending on the proximity to the departure date. Visa fees are strictly non-refundable once the application process has started. Any refunds processed will be subject to an administrative fee.
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of return) and meet all visa requirements. Musafirgo is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or travel disruptions due to invalid documentation or immigration authorities' decisions.
Musafirgo acts only as an agent for the airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by the negligence or default of these third-party suppliers, or due to force majeure events such as weather, strikes, or government actions.
Hotel ratings are based on local standards and may differ from international classifications. Room assignments are managed by the respective hotels, and any special requests are subject to availability.
Musafirgo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
